Ceramics Core Class

February 12 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

In this class you will learn to create ceramic objects using the slab, coil, and pinch pot methods. We will also demonstrate how to use our pottery wheel. We plan to fire pottery approximately weekly. Note that there will be two brief follow up sessions to this class, one to glaze your bisque-fired pottery in about a week, and another to pick up finished work about a week after that. Laser Cutter Core Class

In this class you will learn to make a wooden engraved token on IG's laser cutter using Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape. You will learn the basic skills needed to make any vector drawing and run it on IG's Epilog Zing laser. This class also includes the safety training required to use the laser cutter.
